LA 2 NYC

Hello!

So....it's been a while. The end of 2015 and beginning of 2016 was pretty exciting. I worked on my first movie from start to finish, such a rewarding, exhausting, amazing experience all around. I went on a couple weekend trips to Las Vegas, Big Bear, and Palm Springs. I got to spend time back east with my dad's family for Christmas and I went on an awesome road trip with my sister and a close family friend (my third sister) from LA to Taos, New Mexico!  I was luckily very busy with styling jobs and in the first week of February I stumbled upon an opportunity to work for a company called Armarium for one week.  I wasn't sure what the company did but they needed a stylist during their pop up in LA at Eric Buterbaugh's super-chic space.  I knew they were based in NY so I saw this as a great opportunity to make some connections. Well, the week resulted in a job opportunity and two weeks later I was moving into an Air Bnb in Chinatown two days before starting my new job as their Manager of Client and Styling Services.  Now it is almost two months later and I couldn't feel more lucky to be here in NY and at Armarium.

Armarium (Ar-mahr-e-um) is a fashion start-up. We are a luxury for loan service and we have an extremely impressive team of stylists available for styling appointments in LA, SF, NY, and parts of Florida.  We carry brands like Etro, Mugler, Anthony Vaccarello, Rauwolf, Edie Parker, and more!  We are different to other rental services out there because our inventory consists of editorial, statement pieces that are harder to find in retail stores and when you do find our pieces in stores, their prices range from $2,000 to $12,000.  We are not only bringing our clients access to hard-to-find pieces but we are also providing them at a more affordable price.  These are pieces that you don't want to buy because you will only wear them once.  We have pieces for all events too, whether you are going on a first date, to a casual luncheon, a cocktail party, or a black tie wedding.  Download our app on our website or on the app store and #JointheArmi.

We just launched last Friday, April 8th, with an incredible event that I got to wear the most AMAZING dress to! Here are some photos from my life from the end of 2015, the beginning of 2016, and my first two months in NY!

Hoping to stay more consistent with my posts!

Wrap day on set of the movie I worked on. Such a bittersweet day. I loved every person that was part of the crew but I was more than happy to say goodbye to those 5 AM call times.

My dad's childhood home we got to visit over Christmas. I remember many summers and winters spent at this house growing up too, so it was nice to see it!

A very necessary stop on the way to Big Bear for my friend Alex's birthday.
